The Floors are equipped with Trane Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes with electric heat and electronic thermostats. The HVAC system is controlled by a Trane Tracer Summit Energy Management System.
Gleenbrook IV
Each floor is served by a Split-System Trane Air Handler and Condensing Unit with Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes equipped with electric heat and controlled by Trane. Ground level and 1st floor units are 20 tons each. The second floor unit is 30 tons.
Electric:
All electric power to the building is supplied by a 480/277 volt 3 phase four wire panel. Power is fed from the main level electric room on the first floor (garden level in Glenbrook IV).
